By using this website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) provided by Let Me Drive Driving School (ABN: 33626504587).

Let Me Drive Driving School reserves the right to update and change these Terms without notice.

 

Rebooking

All lessons must be paid in advance. Payment for rebooking is due at the time of booking or within 24 hours to reserve your preferred day and time.

Lesson credits (from packages or gift certificates) will be deducted for any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 1 business day’s notice.

If unsure of your availability, avoid booking until certain. We operate on confirmed availability.

Lesson times may not be guaranteed if bookings are not made early, especially for after-school or weekend slots.

No lesson spaces will be reserved without payment.

 

Non-Attendance

Cancellations or non-attendance within 24 hours of the lesson will incur a full cancellation fee equal to the lesson’s cost.

 

Cancellations

A cancellation fee equal to the lesson value (single or package) applies to any cancellations made with less than 1 business day’s notice.

Driving tests require 4 business days’ notice for cancellations; otherwise, a full driving test fee will be charged.

If your space is filled at short notice, no fee will apply, and you will be notified.

Lessons may be rescheduled due to instructor illness or vehicle issues, which are beyond our control.

Instructors may run up to 15 minutes late; students are advised to check their phones for updates.

 

Instructor Vehicle Terms for Driving Tests

When renting an instructor vehicle for your driving test, the learner agrees to:

Be responsible for all damage to the vehicle if at fault or unable to provide details of the at-fault party.

Cover costs for theft, loss, towing, repairs, or any associated fees (up to $1,400 excess).

Pay repair costs within 14 days in cases where damage exceeds the excess amount.

Account Terms

You are responsible for all activity on your account and maintaining its security.

Let Me Drive Driving School is not liable for loss or damage resulting from account security breaches.

You may receive booking reminders, updates, or marketing via phone, SMS, or email. Opt-out options are available.

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

 

Cancellation Rates

Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the full booking fee.

Modifications to Services and Prices

Services and prices are subject to change without notice.

Let Me Drive Driving School is not liable for modifications, price changes, or service discontinuation.

 

Fees

All fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

General Conditions

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Abuse or threats directed at any staff will result in immediate account termination.

Limited-time offers apply only during specified periods and locations.

Test package bookings or car hire for tests are non-refundable.

Let Me Drive Driving School is not responsible for errors, service interruptions, or external issues affecting service quality.
